Last updated: 28 February 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WalkQuote (“the Service”), operated by WalkQuote Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
WalkQuote provides a voice-powered quoting, invoicing, and business management platform designed for UK tradespeople and small businesses. Features include voice-to-quote conversion, quote and invoice management, client relationship management, and specialist trade tools.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
WalkQuote offers paid subscription plans as described on our Pricing page. Prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days’ notice.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create in WalkQuote, including quotes, invoices, customer records, photos, and voice recordings. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; upload malicious code; attempt to access other users’ accounts; resell or redistribute the Service without permission; or use the Service to send unsolicited communications.
7. AI & Voice Processing
WalkQuote uses artificial intelligence to transcribe voice recordings and extract quote line items. AI outputs are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all quotes before sending them to clients. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalkQuote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days. After that, it is permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
